I changed my mind about an item I bought, what can I do?
I hope that you're over the moon with you purchase, but if you're not and you wish to return an item, I won't quibble! You can have a refund (less postage) provided the item is returned within 14 days of the date of delivery (or Royal Mail’s first attempted delivery) and is in its original, unworn condition. All return postage charges are at the discretion of the customer, not the seller. To initiate a refund, please contact me.
Can I exchange the piece I ordered for another?
Of course! Simply provided return your purchase within 14 days of the date of delivery (or Royal Mail’s first attempted delivery) in its original, unworn condition. If you request an exchange item of the same value, your new order will be dispatched as soon as your return has been received and processed. If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will be expected to pay the difference before the new item is dispatched; you will receive instructions on how to do this via email. All return postage charges are at the discretion of the customer, not the seller. To initiate an exchange, please contact me.
My jewellery is broken! What do I do?
Oh no! Thankfully broken jewellery is extremely rare, but should you be one of the unlucky few, you are entitled to a replacement, exchange, or full refund, whichever you prefer. If your is found to be faulty within 7 days of receipt, please contact me, and if you could include a photograph of how the item is faulty, that would be super helpful.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email with details of the refund. If approved, credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
Please note that sale/promotional items, customised pieces, and pierced earrings are exempt from this policy.
